When researching AFBN I saw how much they do for the military and I saw this as an opportunity to give back to the community I was raised in. Both of my parents are retired Army veterans. Because of this, I also know firsthand the limited amount of information is communicated to active duty servicemembers regarding long-term financial planning and benefits. When I spoke to my parents about the opportunity to work with AFBN they said they wished they would have known about this organization while they were still on active duty, they missed out on so many benefits and are still just beginning to understand everything that was and is available to them.
So, working with AFBN to help military members and families better understand their benefits and plan for their financial futures is a source of great pride for me. I have been working in the financial services/insurance marketplace for a number of years and am honored to be able to share my knowledge with military members thru my affiliation with AFBN. I look forward to helping families secure their financial future. I promise to educate each family and give them tools that will help them succeed in their military career.
